Job Description
Overview
Come join our Annie Penn Rehab team to experience a variety of patient care all in one place. We have 8 PTs and 2 PTAs as well was OTs and SLPs that treat across the lifespan. We are located in the heart of Reidsville in a convenient location and less than a 30minute drive from Greensboro. Our therapists qualify for rural pay an additional $2.50/hour. We treat patients oneonone for 45 minute sessions.

Responsibilities
Administers therapeutic exercises and other physical therapy interventions to improve patients strength flexibility and range of motion.
Educates patients and their families on treatment plans home exercises and selfmanagement techniques to improve recovery outcomes.
Collaborates with others in developing and implementing discharge plans and recommendations for continued care.
Monitors and documents patients progress treatment outcomes and responses to interventions so that treatment plans can be adjusted as needed.
Collaborates on teams from different departments to ensure coordinated patient care and holistic treatment outcomes.
Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
Qualifications
North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
BLS (CPR)American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
