The IP IT & Data Protection team is excited to welcome a Dutchspeaking junior lawyer!

Your role

As a lawyer in our IP IT & Data Protection team you will handle a wide range of cases at both national and international levels. Your role will include providing expert advice representing clients in litigation and supporting transactional work in collaboration with other practices within the firm.

We are currently looking for a Dutchspeaking starter or junior lawyer with a strong interest in Intellectual Property IT and Data Protection law.

What we expect

Our new colleague:

  • has a nativelevel proficiency in Dutch and excellent command of English. A solid knowledge of French is a plus.
  • is eager to start the bar internship in fall 2025 or has up to 2 years of experience and ready to dive into challenging files.
  • has an excellent academic track record and/or an additional LLM in intellectual property and/or data protection.
  • is passionate about the legal aspects of innovation and creation with an entrepreneurial mindset and a solutionfocused approach.
  • dynamic driven and motivated team player with a clientoriented proactive mindset.

Our IP/IT/Data Protection team consists of 7 attorneysatlaw and advises high profile Belgian and international entities in national and international cases whether it is advisory litigation or transactional work (in support of the firm other practices).

Our clients operate in a large variety of sectors such as media mobility entertainment and consumer goods.

We are eager to teamup with topnotch lawyers and are currently looking to strengthen our IP/IT/ Data Protection team with a young and talented attorneyatlaw.

Our IP IT Team is one of a kind in Belgium. By seamlessly combining these intertwined legal areas our attorneys can quickly address our clients needs in innovative legal areas whether these arise in Belgium or abroad.
