Requirements
What you will focus on
- Manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers and other vendors and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Propose strategies to reduce costs improve operational efficiency and streamline processes across the company including the store(s) and warehouse
- Implement efficient processes to improve customer service throughout the ecommerce journey maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage inquiries & complaints from customers and feedback promptly and effectively
- Stay updated with industry trends technologies and best practices in ecommerce operations implementing relevant strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments including supply chain and customer support to ensure seamless integration across all functions
- Track and analyze inventory levels ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain or a related field
- 23 years of experience in operations logistics or supply chain roles preferably in the ecommerce industry
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
- Excellent use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in operations
