What Youll Do
- Develop and manage weekly monthly and annual forecasts based on customer trends.
- Create fixed weekly production and roughcut monthly schedules ensuring alignment with customer needs and plant constraints.
- Optimize inventory management and site capacity planning.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations.
- Initiate investigations/resolution to slow moving stock and implement procedures to reduce instances/better manage these situations.
- Plan and forecast to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained/replenished at all times to optimise machine/labour utilisation.
What Youll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years experience in production planning preferably in a fastpaced manufacturing/production industry.
- Technically savvy with solid excel computer skills (desirable ERP systems and SAP advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Strong organisational and problemsolving skills
