Job Description

An organization is seeking a bilingual Service Coordinator fluent in English and Mandarin to provide essential support services. This role involves regular home visits coordinating care and serving as a vital resource for clients. Candidates must possess strong communication skills a passion for helping others and the ability to navigate diverse needs effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and provide assistance.
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients families and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and programs.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree required.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
