Job Summary:
The GM Fleet Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the fleet sales division driving sales growth and expanding the company s fleet customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans building strong relationships with corporate clients and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement a fleet sales strategy to drive growth and market share.
- Identify potential fleet clients including corporations government agencies leasing companies...
- Set and achieve sales targets ensuring consistent revenue generation.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in corporate and institutional clients.
- Negotiate fleet sales agreements contracts and pricing structures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead and mentor the fleet sales team providing training and performance management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings ensuring targets are met and provide reports on sales performance and forecasts.
4. Coordination & Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing / finance and After Sales team ensuring promotional campaigns smooth order processing invoicing and delivery and excellent postsales support and service.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and business plans to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
