About the role:
We are looking for an experienced 3D Generalist Artist to help shape the artistic identity of our brand and serve as the foundation for building a talented 3D team. This role will be pivotal in developing the core 3D assets and compositions that will support our brands visual language across our product UI marketing materials and user communication channels.
As our 3D Artist you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a highquality asset library ensuring its continuous development to support evolving creative needs. If youre passionate about crafting immersive visuals and are up for a challenge wed love to hear from you!

What youll do:
- Design and create stunning visuals for igaming brands including game assets promotional graphics and icons that align with the brands aesthetic and enhance the user experience.
- Develop assets for marketing campaigns email promotions banners and social media designed to engage and retain players.
- Collaborate closely with design marketing and engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of visual designs within the products.
- Continuously refine and optimize existing visual content to drive user engagement and enhance product appeal.
- Maintain alignment with the brands artistic direction while meeting all technical requirements.
What we expect from you:
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D art.
- 4 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Expertise in texturing and shading with a strong ability to create stylized assets.
- Highly creative with skills in motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Blender (or equivalent software) Photoshop and After Effects.
- A creative and resourceful mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to match designs closely to references.
- Clear and effective communication skills for providing direction and incorporating feedback.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Nice to have: - Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry.
- Proficiency in Spine animation and prototyping tools.
- Experience creating assets for apps or interactive platforms.
- Skills in creating 2D assets.
