Mission:

Were looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead strategic audits across our global operations.You will play a key role in evaluating risk internal controls and compliance while driving valueadded recommendations to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Director of Internal Audit you will coordinate the internal audit team and act as a trusted business partner to senior management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan execute and supervise financial operational and compliance audits in various locations across the Group.
  • Lead and develop the internal audit team fostering professional growth and engagement.
  • Review and validate audit reports and working papers to ensure high quality clarity and alignment with professional standards.
  • Monitor and update the annual audit plan based on evolving risk assessments.
  • Identify process and control improvement opportunities and provide actionable businessaligned recommendations.
  • Document key processes risks and controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and cosourcing partners when needed.
  • Support the Director of Internal Audit in preparing reports for the Audit Committee and senior leadership.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement innovation and internal control excellence.

To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in internal or external audit (ideally within a multinational environment or Big4
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects

Education

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Economics Finance or similar
  • Preferred: CIA CPA CISA or other relevant certifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI Workiva) and consolidation tools (Hyperion) is a plus
