Mission:
Were looking for a Finance Intern who is eager to develop practical skills in financial operations data analysis and crossfunctional projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the financial decisionmaking process and contribute to key initiatives within a global organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain finance KPI dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights.
- Support global productivity improvement projects.
- Assist with monthly accounting close processes ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
- Support data collection for financial analysis.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
Education & Experience:
- Finalyear Bachelors or Masters degree students in Business Administration (ADE) Finance Economics or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive adaptable and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Languages:
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva).
