Role:
- Ensure that the payments solutions remain compliant and reliable by focusing on upgrading critical countries
- Facilitate collaboration among the teams and monitor progress on projects within Payments area
- Coordinate various projects that aim to address compliance requirements and enhance the functionality of payment systems
- Gather data and input from previous problem cases and facilitate discussions aimed at uncovering recurring issues to ensure that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of processes and requirements
- Evaluate the improvements in process efficiency through team feedback reduction in processing time and tracking the number of identified areas of waste
- Problem management coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors
Essential requirements:
- 57 years of experience in Program or Project Management
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Six Sigma Agile)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Knowledge and experience within payments area (POS payment solutions)
- Experience working with vendors of payments solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
