What you will be doing:
- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling.
- Provide personalized assistance and information to guests regarding hotel amenities local attractions and services.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries requests and complaints striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
