Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst (FA4 to join our Sales Finance Team. This role involves managing and monitoring the weekly Sales Forecast Target (SFT) process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and possess a proven track record of achieving results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor the weekly SFT process for the Sales Team.
- Provide leadership and direction to business teams.
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
- Work crossfunctionally multitask and meet deadlines.
- Improve existing controls and processes.
- Provide process and finance training to business partners.
- Collaborate as a trusted business partner within the Sales Team including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
- Manage all aspects of Revenue for the organization including but not limited to weekly SFT forecast quarterly/annual forecasts variance analysis monthly QTD attainment and management reporting.
- Drive key analysis on Revenue trends and metrics by customers geography and Sales Leaders.
- Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Support adhoc initiatives for Sales Finance.
- Build models in complex systems (PBi/GMPlan)
Qualifications :
REQUIRED
- Selfmotivated and selfdirected with the ability to manage and work with people.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in improving controls and processes.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with 510 years of relevant experience
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
SKILLS
- Exhibits solid communication collaboration and presentation skills
- Team focused with good interpersonal skills
- Systems and tools skills required: SmartView Oracle Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
- Semiconductor and High Tech industry experience desirable
- High proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas macros and charts to develop custom reports and dashboards) and Powerpoint
- Experience using a large ERP system (PBi/GMPlan).
- Strong organizational and executive communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid business and organizational changes as needed
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employees pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to 1 relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; 2 skills ability knowledge of the job; 3 performance contribution and results; 4 geographic location; 5 shift; 6 internal and external equity; and 7 business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California Colorado New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Western Digitals ShortTerm Incentive (STI) Plan which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance you may be eligible to participate in our annual LongTerm Incentive (LTI) program which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
