Job Description

PA Consulting Group excels in designing the intelligent enterprise and in successfully supporting people and organizations through digital and Agile transitions.
Our (international) team consists of Architects Designers Coaches and Change Managers for digital and Agile transformations. We are growing and expanding and to strengthen our Business Design Team in the Netherlands we are looking for (Senior) Business Designers / Enterprise (IT) Architects.
Our Business Design Services team is involved in challenging projects that require a broad spectrum of organizational design specialisms from strategic business operating models organizational design to technology strategy and the underlying IT architectures.
If you have a proven track record in leading (and selling) projects based on the following (one or more) expertise we would like to talk to you:
- Enterprise Architectures: designing integrated architectures for business applications data and infrastructure that support largescale change programs within organizations.
- Enterprise IT Strategy: designing business and IT strategy and policy adaptive to the everchanging technological developments and responding to the concrete business applications thereof.
- Transformation planning: building combined business and technology roadmaps that support the planning and of organizationwide transformations.
- Target Operating Models: including business capability modelling process redesign and establishing effective business and architecture governance methodologies.
- Technical and Operational Resilience: analysing endtoend operations (people process technology) that help organizations protect their reputation and comply with regulations.
Qualifications :
The role:
The main goal of this role is to work closely with our clients in innovative integrated business IT and cultural change processes where you also play a leading role in managing stakeholders and in supporting and managing organizational change. As a Senior/ Principal Consultant you like to contribute to sales initiatives and Thought Leadership with the aim of further expanding competencies and propositions that help to acquire new assignments and clients and to expand our existing clients and of course the growth of your own career at PA.
Personal and professional qualities:
- You have a solid (consulting) experience in working with clients and shaping solutions and the drive to bring projects to a successful conclusion and have an active network in Financial / Professional Services Manufacturing and/or the public sector at least 5 to 7 years is a must.
- Highlevel interlocutor in the field of business and technology architecture concepts with indepth experience in one or more of the above specialisms.
- Familiar with the latest standards in Customer Experience platforms Integration platforms Rapid Application Development frameworks Digital Marketing / Automation and/or Customer and Data Analytics and Data Driven ways of working.
- Has a clear vision of future trends in digital / technology and their impact on organizations.
- Skill to create review and bring together endtoend architecture within one or more business application data and infrastructure architecture domains experience in designing and defining IT strategy and business architecture (with a background of MSc/MBA in Computer Science Engineering or any other relevant study).
- Experience working with experienced client teams to quickly diagnose issues and develop design and deliver solutions to address complex and challenging issues.
- Able to develop and provide a vision on projects work streams and deliverables based on your expertise and translate this vision into concrete actions.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Domain and/or Solution Architect.
- Experience in modelling business processes.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong intellectual and analytical skills based on an academic background but with welldeveloped planning and realization skills and the ability to switch between handson and handsoff depending on the situation.
- Strong customer focus ambitious enterprising and collegial a motivating personal and authentic style team player.
- Above average presentation negotiation and influencing skills able to take the lead in organizational change organizational sensitivity and bridge builder.
- Strong interpersonal skills excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Dutch and English).
- Proactive attitude clear ideas willingness to work internationally.
