Job Description
- Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Delivering postsales instrument training and ongoing application support.
- Providing high quality presales support including instrument and software demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Leading training for the clients Sales and Application Specialists.
- Contributing to the overall revenue targets for Sweden.
- Working effectively with all channel partners in the Nordic countries.
- Communicating effectively and managing relationships with all stakeholders including key opinion leaders across the Swedish region.
Qualifications :
- Educated to a minimum of BSc standard or equivalent in a biological or related subject.
- Significant experience working within a Flow Cytometry laboratory.
- Knowledge in clinical Haematology and Immunology is desirable.
- Previous experience of training within a diagnostic or life science company would be desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enthusiasm; a selfmotivated personality with proven success working on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Expected to travel which may be up to 60 of the time.
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office programmes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both oral and written).
- Must possess a full clean driving license.
