Job Description
- Meet organic business development and client retention targets.
- Seek opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
- Negotiate and implement rate increases ensuring alignment with the companys pricing strategy and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and of strategic account management plans
- Assess & gauge client profitability
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in monthly checkins with your clients.
- Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments reduce outstanding debts and contribute to overall financial stability.
- Build effective relationships with all stakeholders (Operations Customer Service Finance) to ensure that business requirements are met in accordance with service level agreements plans policies and procedures and to support the delivery of excellent customer service
