Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple software tools efficiently. This role is pivotal in maintaining positive client interactions and ensuring our funding process remains seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Answer inbound customer calls emails and SMS inquiries in both English and Spanish with professionalism and accuracy on applications using Ring Central.
Data Management & Intake Processing:
Monitor Slack for client intakes and accurately enter client information into Salesforce.
Follow up with plaintiffs via phone to obtain any missing or incomplete information (e.g. attorney email phone numbers).
Collaboration & ProblemSolving:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions in our systems.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages verbally and in writing.
Prior experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools particularly Ring Central and Slack.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of accountability.
Preferred Attributes:
Previous experience providing bilingual customer support in the legal finance or presettlement funding industry.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the capacity to adapt in a dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude towards identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.
