Job Description
IT Business Analyst (Banking / Insurance)
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced professional to support critical data and integration projects. This role focuses on driving insights through advanced business intelligence systems while collaborating with crossfunctional teams in a highly regulated environment.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $67 to $72 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $82 to $87 per hour.
9month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Participate in requirement gathering activities and document business requirements.
Contribute to the development of OLAP and OLTPbased data analytics and business intelligence systems.
Support the integration of middleware tools such as Kafka and BizTalk.
Work with Microsoft technologies including SQL and Azure.
Utilize Power BI Synapse and Power Automate to support reporting and automation tasks.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in computer science computer engineering or a related technical field.
9 years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in Microsoft technologies including SQL and Microsoft Azure.
Experience in building OLAP and OLTPbased data analytics and business intelligence systems.
Proficiency in middleware integration tools such as Kafka and BizTalk.
Skilled in Power BI Microsoft Synapse and Power Automate.
Experience in gathering requirements and creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Strong communication skills.
Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven time management and adaptability.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
