Job Description

The Global HR Service Delivery Manager will oversee the organization design and implementation of the HR Service Delivery Strategy. This role requires collaboration with various HR Departments Regions/Districts/Business Units and GBS to align expectations and enhance processes that improve efficiency and the overall employee experience. You will drive the design and implementation of HR processes while monitoring performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimization of HR services.

Responsibilities

  1. Managing the Employee Experience with the HR Service Center (HRSC) / Central Employment Office (CEO)

    • Act as an employee advocate to ensure needs are met
    • Oversee service exception requests and implement corrective actions
    • Review employee feedback to drive improvements
  2. Collaborating with GBS on HR Service Delivery Performance

    • Facilitate communication between HR departments and GBS
    • Monitor performance metrics and define expected outcomes
  3. Collaborating with CrossFunctional Groups to Provide HR Services

    • Identify and mitigate compliance risks in collaboration with other departments
    • Communicate and collaborate on new processes and policies
  4. Additional Duties

    • Design and implement communication plans
    • Research industry trends to develop expertise
  5. Technical Problem Solving & Analytical Processes

    • Apply knowledge of internal business information systems
    • Resolve incidents throughout the information system lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Background in HR Service Delivery
  • Experience managing Contingent Worker Programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

1. Do you have HR Systems Experience: Previous experience with SaaS solutions such as Workday Workday VNDLY or other cloudbased contingent worker platforms.

2. Do you have Contingent Workforce Expertise: Functional knowledge of contingent worker processes.

3. Do you have HR Service Delivery: Prior experience in HR Service Delivery and managing Contingent Worker Programs.

4. Do you have Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.

5. VNDLY Configuration: Handson experience with VNDLY configuration (Nontechnical).

6. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
