Job Description
Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
Location: Bandon OR
Shift: 4x10s Day Shift (MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday)
Alternate Shifts: 3x12s considered depending on applicant/hospital needs
Compensation:
- MLT: $26.56 $34.50/hour (DOE)
- MLS: $33.90 $44.03/hour (DOE)
Qualifications Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS):
- Baccalaureate or associate degree meeting National Certification Exam requirements
- Meet CLIA 88 requirements (per 493.1489 of Federal Register Vol. 57 No. 40
- Active MT MLS or CLS certification
- Successful completion of the National Certification Exam
- Ongoing recertification through continuing education with documentation required

- Associate degree meeting National Certification Exam requirements
- Meet CLIA 88 requirements (per 493.1489 of Federal Register Vol. 57 No. 40
- Active MT MLT or CLS certification
- Successful completion of the National Certification Exam for MLT
- Ongoing recertification through continuing education with documentation required
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical lab experience required
