About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic German Czech Slovenian Slovak or Hungarianspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will assist customers with inquiries provide exceptional support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German Czech Slovenian Slovak or Hungarian.
- Assist with product/service information order processing and issue resolution.

Maintain a professional and friendly approach to customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German Czech Slovenian Slovak or Hungarian (spoken and written).
Good command of English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service call center or related roles is a plus.
