Position Overview:
As a GermanSpeaking Customer Solutions Specialist at CBT Moving you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Germanspeaking customers receive outstanding support and tailored solutions. Whether its answering inquiries troubleshooting issues or providing guidance on our services your goal is to ensure each customer enjoys a smooth and hasslefree experience. Youll work remotely from Leiria offering the flexibility to manage your work and life balance while contributing to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing exceptional service to our Germanspeaking clients.

  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical or productrelated issues offering clear and effective solutions.

  • Consultative Solutions: Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions ensuring their longterm satisfaction and success with CBT Movings services.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop an indepth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively.

  • Followup & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions track open cases and ensure timely followup and resolution.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our services.

  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support helping solve complex issues and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication within the team.

  • Previous experience in customer service technical support or solutionsoriented roles is highly preferred.

  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Ability to work independently stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

  • A positive customercentric attitude with a focus on building strong relationships.

  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced evolving environment.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk).

  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms or technical troubleshooting.

  • Additional language skills (e.g. English Portuguese) are a plus.
