We are seeking a Patient Access Operations Director to lead and manage operational initiatives strategic planning and process improvements. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency financial performance and an exceptional patient experience while collaborating with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Patient Access departments ensuring workflow efficiency KPI achievement and budget management.
- Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration between healthcare leaders revenue cycle teams and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze and implement operational improvements to optimize financial outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with healthcare industry trends.
- Interpret and refine policies and procedures ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee personnel management including recruitment training and performance evaluations.
- Drive innovation and process efficiency to improve patient access functions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Masters Degree required (Healthcarerelated field preferred).
- In lieu of a Masters Degree 8 years of healthcare experience (including 7 years of leadership in a multihospital/physician system) required.
Experience:
- 6 years in healthcare operations preferably in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- 5 years of leadership experience in a multihospital or physician system.
- Nursing and outpatient operational experience required.
- Experience in enterprisewide system initiatives & process improvement.
