Job Description
TASQ is looking for sales representatives for immediate onsite positions in Cebu City. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone so please ensure your line is available.
**Qualifications:**
* Candidates should submit detailed resumes that showcase their achievements roles and responsibilities from previous jobs.
* Applicants must have a proven track record as highperforming sales professionals consistently exceeding sales targets and receiving recognition or awards for exceptional performance.
* Strong sales skills are crucial including relationship building negotiation and closing deals.
* Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City with flexible schedules.
* A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and engage potential clients fostering and maintaining longterm relationships while providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance overall team performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics offering insights for improvement and implementing best practices to achieve optimal results.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Mentor and train junior sales agents share best practices and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their professional goals.
