TASQ is urgently hiring call center agents to work onsite in Cebu City. Initial interviews will be conducted over the phone so please keep your lines open and accessible.
Who Were Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- At least a high school graduate (based on the old curriculum) or higher
- Open to both experienced and inexperienced applicants
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City
- Flexible to be assigned to various industries such as retail travel insurance finance healthcare or telecommunications
Available Positions and Requirements
Account A
- Minimum of high school education
- BPO experience is a plus but not required
Account B
- High school or Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience and a valid drivers license or
- High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus Sabre or Apollo) or
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year of BPO experience or
- At least 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience or
- 2 years in college with 1 year of financialrelated BPO background or
- College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience (insurance experience highly preferred)
Account C
- At least 2 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Must have a stable employment history (no frequent job changes)
- Minimum educational requirement: High school graduate (old curriculum)
For Sales Roles:
- Proven success in sales with recognition or awards for top performance
- Strong skills in relationship building negotiation and closing deals
- Excellent verbal communication skills
