About the Role:
Fuse are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Managing Partner. This is a pivotal position within Fuse requiring someone who can balance bigpicture thinking with handson leadership. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence strengthening client relationships and spearheading business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise a strong commercial mindset and the ability to inspire and lead teams. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and are passionate about shaping the future of sports marketing we want to hear from you.
About You:
- Deep understanding of the sports marketing landscape across multiple sports.
- Strong relationships with senior rights holders in the industry.
- Expertise in setting negotiation strategies and securing major partnerships for clients.
- Proven ability to lead commercial contract negotiations.
- Experience managing both UK and multimarket/global partnerships.
- Track record of growing client accounts through upselling existing services.
- Trusted advisor to senior clients offering strategic counsel.
- Strong understanding of Fuses integrated offering.
- Clear effective communication with senior Fuse and OMG management.
- Respected leader within the agency trusted to drive performance and inspire teams.
