Job Description
The Concierge at our dealership is the face and the voice of our store the very first impression. It is important we have the right person in the seat at all times of the day. This is a position that offers a lot of growth and potential for promotion within the company.
Our ideal Concierge would be continuously smiling multitasking speaking with customers over the phone and in person and still smiling. This person needs the ability to adapt to changes in duties and pace in an instant!
Customers of the dealership are the receptionists number one priority. They need to be able to relay that to each customer with the utmost respect and be proud to represent the Continental Automotive Group. With a high average tenure and a familylike staff that will be the easiest part of the job! Candidates must have a friendly outgoing disposition and be very organized.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Directing customers to waiting area advisors and setting up transportation for customers
Providing basic information when needed
Greeting customers with a smile
Calling clients and letting them know that their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Unstapling paperwork
Assist at times with the checkout process
Data entry
Light filing
Needs to be a multitasker and team player
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
This is a parttime position
Monday: 10:00 am 2:00 pm
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 3:00 pm 7:00 pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: 7:00 am 7:00 pm (Rotating Saturdays)
Sunday: Off
Compensation:
$20 per hour
