The Technical Project Lead (TPL) at Artera plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our innovative healthcare communication solutions with client systems. This role combines technical expertise with customerfacing responsibilities acting as the cornerstone for successful implementations. TPLs work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to design build test and deploy solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

As a TPL youll lead technical implementations providing best practice recommendations and troubleshooting issues during testing and deployment. Youll collaborate with Integration Engineers to ensure solutions meet customer needs while advocating for process improvements based on realworld insights.

Responsibilities

    • Lead customerfacing work managing internal and external calls to ensure alignment and clear communication.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions during the implementation process.
    • Manage endtoend technical implementations ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
    • Consult with clients throughout the implementation process translating technical concepts into actionable solutions.

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree with 2 years in a customerfacing technical role.
    • 1 years of experience with HL7v2 FHIR and other common standards of healthcare system data exchange solutions.
    • Handson experience with systems like Mirth or Rhapsody.
    • Familiarity with APIs (preferred but not required).
    • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills

Bonus

    • Experience with EHR systems
    • Familiarity with interoperability tools like IRIS.
    • Background in healthcare IT integrations or system migrations.
$97000 $129000 a year
The compensation for this role will be based on level of experience and the geographic tier in which you are located. This position also comes with equity and a variety of benefits.

LOCATION
Artera values inperson collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara Los Angeles San Francisco/Bay Area Kansas City Seattle Denver Chicago Boston and Philadelphia (Wayne).

Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara CA with an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne) PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area your role will be hybrid and you will be expected to work out of your designated office location regularly following local office guidelines. While three days a week may be a general guideline the specific requirement will be set regionally based on the needs of the local office and the role.

If you live in one of our other hubs your role will be remote to start. As our team continues to grow in these cities Artera will explore opening offices in these locations but there is currently no timeline in place for that. Once that happens inoffice attendance will similarly follow regional expectations with flexibility to align with the local offices norms and the specific job requirements.
