Job # 1031 Maintenance Tech 1st Shift
Level 1 Pay rate 17.00 20.00 hr
Maintenance personnel is responsible to maintain the operational efficiency of the whole facility in a safe
and efficient manner. Maintenance personnels daily responsibilities include building and equipment
repair as well as preventative work. This includes communicating challenges with their supervisor to
ensure that all maintenance requirements are being met.
Responsibilities
Inspect and repair the building as assigned to keep it in a clean and orderly condition.
Maintain landscaping and upkeep of grounds equipment.
Repair machinery according to equipment manufacturers recommendation and best practice
Clean change filters and lubricate machinery.
Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards and departmental requirements.
Maintain specified records of work performed details of repairs and materials usage.
Other duties deemed appropriate by management.
High School Diploma Basic Welding Skills
Maintenance Level 2 1st Shift
Pay Rate 20.00 24.00 hr
All the responsibilities related to the level I position
Work independently depending upon the complexity of the project
Collaborate closely with employees in all departments to help improve productivity
Ensure that materials and supplies are stocked and that all the equipment is up to date safe and
in proper working order
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions of equipment
Excellent troubleshooting of AC/DC motors and motor controls Variable frequency Drives 24v
DC 120vac 480vac control systems
