The opportunity

Global Process Owner is accountable for managing a specific business process across global organization. The GPO is a strategic global HR Leader that owns the global policy (where applicable) process metrics and defines the E2E process strategy objectives mission and vision. You are responsible for ensuring the process runs effectively and efficiently measuring performance identifying areas for improvement and continuously improving the approach to meet the needs of the business.

How you will make an impact

  • Service excellence in global support and services: you will lead the global tier 2 team providing expert services around the process and new demands as well as you are the key person to manage services (AMS and Project services) of Vendor to global and local organization.
  • Process ownership: responsible for overseeing the entire process from start to finish ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively and promotes business objectives and employee experience. You own Idea/Demand management in your area and manage new needs as per HE HR governance processes starting from listening to partners and VoC to identify pain points and deciding on path forward. E2E process design driving the implementation change management for the adoption and optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You are responsible for maintaining content and accuracy of process documentation and customer facing global documentation.
  • Setting Targets and Objectives for the process and ensuring that the team is working towards achieving them.
  • Monitoring Performance: setting the practices to monitor the performance of the process and the team and take corrective actions if required to ensure that the process is on track.
  • Aligning with Stakeholders: work closely with other GPOs in HR with global and local stakeholders in HR and HR Operations and global IT to ensure that the process meets the needs of the business and aligns with the overall strategic objectives. This requires effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Regulations and Standards Compliance: responsible for ensuring that the process complies with all relevant regulations and standards including data protection security and privacy laws and to monitor that process.
  • Continuous Improvement: monitor and improve the process and related services to ensure that it remains efficient effective and aligned with the businesss evolving needs and objectives. Balancing competing priorities while ensuring that the process is aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Projects preparation and delivery responsibility: for large initiatives and projects in your responsibility area you are the key person to initiate those and to organize delivery.

Your background

  • Education: masters degree in human resources business administration or similar applicable field.
  • Process/Domain: experience in HR domain specifically Time and Pay area in service delivery process management and/or project management and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Leadership Skills: possess strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team towards achieving the desired outcomes and goals. Ability to work effectively in a global crossfunctional team environment. Proven capability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary Teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and inclusive with ability to influence. Demonstrated tact empathy diplomacy and efficiency in communicating effectively
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions to improve the overall process workflows. Dynamic and can adapt to change. Using process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma can help to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the process.
  • IT and digital experience: experience and proven results in using technology to enable automation user experience and digital processes. Knowledge on application management best practices.
  • Project management skills. Demonstrated experience in management of project scope cost schedule quality risk and vendors/subcontractors
