Overview: Are you passionate about working with a talented team in a fastpaced environment while providing worldclass support for renowned brandname clients If so we encourage you to apply for our Software Support Engineer position.

Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Support Engineer you will work closely with our architects and senior developers to gain an indepth understanding of our product and how our customers leverage it to enhance efficiencies through automation in warehouses distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. You will apply this knowledge to:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues found at customer sites identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Work directly with customers to understand replicate and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Test deploy debug maintain and improve existing software solutions to enhance system reliability.
• Document root cause analysis findings and resolutions to improve future issue prevention.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical concerns.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
• 7 years of experience troubleshooting software and system issues in production environments.
• 7 years of experience diagnosing and resolving application and hardware integration problems using sockets database tables Web Services or middleware.
• 7 years of experience utilizing source code control software.
• 1 years of experience with MS SQL Server and writing SQL queries
• 7 years of experience developing and debugging software using .Net Core Angular WPF SQL or C#.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in web UI debugging and issue resolution.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
