About the Role:
We are seeking aElectrical Supervisorto oversee operations within a nuclear facility. We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our electrical maintenance efforts ensuring safe and reliable operations in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Electrical Maintenance Teams:Oversee the implementation of predictive preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct Performance Monitoring:Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the functionality of critical electrical systems.
- Lead Troubleshooting Efforts:Resolve electrical system issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure Compliance:Adhere to health safety and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields including 5 years in nuclear power plant maintenance.
- Skills:Strong leadership communication and problemsolving abilities. Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
