Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the business users as on Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Expert.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Experience in conducting show and tell and engage sessions.
- Gather analyze business requirements and perform fitgap analysis.
- Active participation in preparing various project documents Solution Design Functional Specifications Setup documents SITUAT Test scripts Training Materials.
- Explain the business requirements to other team members/peers in the team.
- Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments.
- Support client while customer engaged in UAT testing.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrate experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Leading CRP Sessions and Testing Sessions throughout the project cycle.
- Functional Configuration Testing Client User Training.
- Oracle HCM Cloud expertise in endtoend Implementations in following areas: Core HR Talent Management (Learn Performance Mgmt Compensation Career Development ORC).
- Understanding of other Modules will be preferred
- A minimum of 45 years of experience in multiple endtoend implementations involving expertise in above modules across industry domains.
- Prior team management or project management experience would be an advantage.
