We have an opening for a professionally registered Social Worker to take on a Senior Social Work role within a very well supported Adult Social Work Team using your experience and skills to work with 1625 year olds with different vulnerabilities in what we call our Preparing for Adulthood Team making a real difference and providing Care Act support to adults or young people moving into adulthood to enable the life and choices they want.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and want our workforce to represent the amazing community we serve. You will advocate for and support managing assessments support planning and reviews of young persons with Learning Disabilities/Difficulties Mental Health or Physical Health needs. You will have experience of managing complex safeguarding cases. You will be empowered to provide supervision and practice support ensuring Social Workers in the team are well supported with manageable caseloads deputising for the manager as required.
