Job Overview:
As a Central Processing Team staff member your responsibility will include:
Researches and responds to Legislative & Consumer Inquiries in both written and verbal form
Communicates via email and letter with internal and external stakeholders
Supports eligibility determinations for specified populations
Liaises with external central processing team
Monitors and responds to policy questions related to presumptive eligibility
Conducts user acceptance testing for upcoming eligibility system releases and updates
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration social or behavioral science health or statistics; additional 24 months experience specific to subject area of which 12 months experience in use of spreadsheet and database software.
Or 24 months experience as Medicaid Health Systems Analyst 65291.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required.
