MORryde is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! MORrydes Maintenance Department provides electrical/mechanical support for our manufacturing operations by performing scheduled preventive maintenance repairing production equipment supporting new equipment installations and assisting team members with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime. The right candidate will have a mechanical background with some knowledge of electrical troubleshooting with machinery. They will also possess a friendly and professional demeanor to effectively engage with our various departments.


Equipment that the Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining includes but is not limited to automation systems including laser and sorting processes individual flatbed and tube lasers press brakes CNC mills and lathes saws and manual welding equipment.

Requirements


The ideal Maintenance Technician will have experience in the following areas:

  • Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read schematics
  • Single and three phase industrial electricity and control systems
  • Pneumatics/hydraulics systems
  • Demonstrated maintenance and troubleshooting skills with PLCs
  • Prior experience with robotic and automation manufacturing equipment is a plus
