We are currently seeking experienced and detailoriented Escrow Coordinators to join our remote team. This position is available for both fulltime and parttime opportunities. As an Escrow Coordinator you will play a vital role in facilitating the closing process for real estate transactions. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the escrow process from start to finish
Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are in order
Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction including buyers sellers agents and lenders
Prepare and submit escrow instructions and closing documents
Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process
Ensure all deadlines are met and transactions are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in escrow coordination or a related field
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and the escrow process
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve under pressure
