Support providing of internal external and department specific trainings
Evaluate results of needs assessment based on training needs collection and employees development needs
Manage budget details by tracking expenses to date reporting and purchasing process
Analyze training data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive internal communicate for all relevant training solutions through internal messages learning catalogue Learning Management System
Drive continuous improvement projects in the area of Learning & Development training needs assessment administrative process network of internal and external trainers
Responsible for ELI (internal assessment of competencies) process
Strong time management skills
Strong organizational and communications skills
Excellent problemsolving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively in agile way
Good knowledge about LMS (Learning Management System) and elearning platform is an advantage
