THE ROLE

We are looking for a detailoriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team temporarily for 7 months with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate. As a member of the Zattoo finance team you will be jointly responsible for the Accounts Payable SubLedger and related tasks for our three companies (CH DE USA). This includes the processing of all employee expense reports and credit card transactions as well as their correct efficient and timely payment. In this role you will benefit from a high degree of independence allowing you to contribute your ideas and implement them directly. THE TEAM

Zattoos finance team combines many years of experience with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism. We are currently eight people who take care of accounting controlling taxes insurance and various processes centrally for the Zattoo companies in Switzerland Germany and the USA.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Processing of employee travel expenses & credit card transactions
• Responsible for the management of our employee expenses and credit card solution
• Contact person for employees regarding credit cards and employee expenses
• Shared responsibility for the Accounts Payable Subledger including account reconciliations
• Contact person for suppliers queries
• Preparation of payment runs
• Answering financerelated inquiries related to creditors
• Master data maintenance in accounting and expense systems
• Assistance with other Accounts Payable tasks (as required including vacation coverage)

WHAT YOULL BRING

• At least 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Very good German or Swiss VAT knowledge
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Proactive and independent working style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
• Track record of delivering highquality work

Bonus:

• Experience with Spend Management solution
• Experience with ERP systems
