We are seeking a detailoriented and clientfocused Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and their accounts are managed effectively. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships handling inquiries and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries concerns and service requests
Develop a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure service excellence
Track and analyze client account performance identifying areas for improvement
Assist in contract negotiations and renewals
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account updates
Provide regular reports on client account activity to management
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in client account management customer service or a related field
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred
