We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing events that meet client expectations and company standards. You will work closely with vendors clients and internal teams to ensure successful event while managing logistics budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and oversee events from conception to completion
Manage event logistics including venue selection vendor coordination and scheduling
Develop event budgets and ensure costeffective planning
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions
Handle contracts permits and necessary documentation for events
Oversee onsite event and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Maintain clear records of event details expenses and postevent evaluations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Problemsolving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to event planning
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business or a related field preferred
