We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Cashier to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer transactions providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. The ideal candidate will be efficient friendly and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash credit card and other payment methods
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock
Follow company policies and security procedures for cash handling
Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong numerical and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high transaction volumes
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
High school diploma or equivalent required
