Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires strong communication problemsolving and multitasking skills to support project teams and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing project activities from initiation to completion
Coordinate tasks schedules and resources to ensure project goals are met
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with objectives
Maintain project documentation reports and records for tracking and analysis
Support crossfunctional teams and facilitate collaboration between departments
Assist with budget management and ensure cost efficiency
Ensure all projects comply with company policies and quality standards
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or a related role
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field preferred
