Job Description
Main Tasks
- Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart PFMEA CP OI)
- Develop new process and plan new layout;
- Perform machine/line acceptance installation setup and qualification
- New product feasibility and industrialization
- Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling material flow ergonomics)
- Improve performance of production line such as output s cost
- Analyze quality issue and failure mode
- Support on customer audit
Qualifications :
Education
Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical automation or electrical engineering
Professional Experience & skills
Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers
Good command of written and oral English
Good communication skills team work spirit and selfawareness.
