Hatch is seeking a highly motivatedGlobal Manager IROC Consultingto join its Digital team in Mississauga.

The Digital Business Practice is targeting to grow in five Solution Areas. Integrated and/or Remote Operations (IROC) is one of these five.The IROC solution area is focused on providing global thought leadership within organization by working with the broader Hatch team to create sell and deliver offerings that:
1. Enable our clients to:
- Make better cross functional decisions
- Have people collaborate better (in person and remotely) for the purposes of safer or more productive core business
- Relocate people / roles offsite or out of the field
- Build better interfaces between different business units
- Run their operations in a unified manner
2. Enable Hatch business units to provide their services remotely
The key responsibilities of the Global Manager IROC Consulting are:
- Offering development Managing the entire life cycle of offerings that are related to providing IROC consulting services and providing domain expertise to shape other offerings
- Business development Responsible for supporting Business Development in all the regions globalopportunities related to any IROC offerings
- Project delivery Be the IROC guru on client engagements bringing your deep understanding of domain to successfully guide our clients and delivery team members through the complexities of delivering IROC projects
- Thought leadership and domain expertise Drive forward industry thinking in terms of leading practice in the IROC domain and impart your knowledge throughout Hatch
As the successful candidate you will:
- Connect business transformation and digital enablement
- Understand and articulate the business value that IROCscan deliver
- Apply learnings from the Hatch advisory team to the IROC domain
- Build joint offerings with the Hatch advisory team
- Take a key role in understanding the target market for designing and implementing IROCs
- Workclosely with the following stakeholders atHatch:
- Advisory:Embedding IROC thinking into debottlenecking and full potential studies. Determining the commerical model when offerings are a joint digital/advisory offering
- Marketing:To direct the necessary market research for the IROC solution area
- The Global Manager IROC Architecture:To develop an agreed Functional Reference Model that is the basis for IROC consulting and the connection point between business requirements and integrated technology model
- Project Delivery / Engineering:To embed operational philosophy and strategy offerings into FEL studies
You bring to the role:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior consulting / leadership capacity focused on Integrated and Remote Operations (or similar)
- Specific experience and knowledge of achieving the business objectives of Integrated and Remote Operations through digital enablement
- Engineering degree and/or business degree
- A highly intelligent strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to rollup your sleeves
- Business Development experience / Practice building experience
- Experience in at least one of Metals Utilities Transit/Rail or related infrastructure markets
