HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
Responsible for nine 9 primary areas oversight of Surgical Services departmental financial and revenue management/charge capture processes capital equipment acquisition Surgical Services facilities management and surgical data analytics. Liaises with information technology (IT) system administrators for Surgical Services technologies. Oversees Surgical Services patient supply utilization procedure costs and standardization management. Manages Interventional Services the Neurovascular Laboratory and Perfusion Services. Works collaboratively with supply chain leaders in managing vendor relations supply and inventory costs (includes ordering of special supplies and implants) managing charge capture and overseeing case cart processes. Responsible for maintaining supply and procedure cost performance metrics overseeing contracted Surgical Services and financial improvements within Surgical Services. Working in partnership with the Surgical Services leadership financial department leaders and supply chain leaders drives successful processes and monitoring methods to control costs within Surgical Services and optimize revenue. Responsible for capital acquisition and (in collaboration with the Surgical Services leadership and physician leadership) utilizes the defined capital acquisition processes to assure successful management of Surgical Services capital resources. Oversees the business data analytics for Surgical Services. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity requiring a high degree of ingenuity creativity and innovation. *Surgical Services includes Surgery The Surgery Center Endoscopy Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Outpatient Surgery Unit Sterile Processing Perfusion Neuro Vascular Laboratory VascularLaboratory and Anesthesia Services.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in business data analytics finance or healthcare related
field required.
Preferred Education:
- Masters degree in business finance supply chain management or a healthrelated field or equivalent experience preferred
Required Expirence:
- Three 3 years of job related experience in a financial supply chain or
hospital department role that includes financial oversight and business
analytic responsibilities
