It means that decisions are made fast and most of them happen within a team. The development of measures for the domain of health insurance life insurance etc.
Product: Developing solutions for the domain of health insurance life insurance etc. Each team is responsible for 1 product
Responsibilities:
1. You will assist in the planning and implementation processes of complex web applications from design to release to maintenance.
2. Optimization of the backend of existing product features in terms of performance speed and stability.
3. You are involved in QA management; find errors and help solve problems on the platform In teams DevOps are made requirements
4. Experience in the frontend or backend development of websites and applications.
5. For backend are good knowledge of PHP 7 HTML CSS and JavaScript Zend also Symfony 3. MySQL Redis BitBucket Bamboo PHP Storm as well as OOP
6. As a frontend you need an experience in Angular. Knowledge of React and 1 Knockout js is an advantage.
7. Knowledge in the field of APIs
8. Understanding of database and caching systems such as MySQL Redis and Memcached
9. Very good knowledge of German spoken and written
About the team: IT department consists of 4050 people 5 teams The working atmosphere is very relaxed people often grill and drink beer after work. Good opportunities for middle and senior people to develop and work as a team leader or lead developer. 40 hours without overtime. Team values developing not meetings.
