Jim Keras Buick GMC is seeking dedicated and motivated Quick Lube Technicians to join our growing team. As a Quick Lube Technician you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers ensuring their vehicles are properly maintained with quick and efficient oil changes tire rotations and other essential maintenance services. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry looking to advance their career with a reputable and established dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inspect and replace air filters cabin filters and wiper blades as needed.
- Conduct multipoint inspections to identify potential issues and recommend additional services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to provide accurate updates on vehicle status.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their service experience.
- Perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned by service management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or quick lube services preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a customerfirst attitude.
