Job Description

Job Title:Graduate Assistant for the School of Computing and EngineeringDepartment:School of Computing and EngineeringStudent Employment Type:Graduate Assistant (Waiver)Responsibilities:
  • Work with a faculty research advisor within the School of Computing and Engineering on a mutually agreed upon research project.
  • Students will be required to do a thesis for the Computer Science MS Program.
  • Students are expected to publish and/or present their work at conferences relevant to their field of research.
Qualifications:
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Show an interest and passion for area of research
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to engage in the School of Computing and Engineering community including presenting research progress internally
  • Must be a current graduate student in the School of Computing and Engineerings Computer Science Masters program.
Hours of Position:
  • Up to 10hrs per week
