Job Description
Cheval The Edinburgh Grand are currently recruiting a Porter to join the Front Office team of our luxury serviced apartments in Edinburgh.
As front of house porter you will be based in the entrance lobby to ensure that you are available for any guest needs. You will be an important point of contact for our guests from their arrival to their departure and all in between. You will be answering questions about the residence and the local area showing the guests to their apartments delivering luggage and parcels organising transportation and assisting the front office team wherever possible. You will work as part of the front office team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience from start to finish.

- Enjoy creating a warm welcome whilst remaining professional and friendly
- Can build excellent relationships with guests and colleagues
- Are good at thinking outside the box and can anticipate the needs of our guests
- Have a good command of English (to communicate with our guests and fellow colleagues)
- Enjoy physically active work
- Take pride in what you do
- Have 5 star or luxury experience
