About You
As Assistant Manager you are second in command in this popular Flight Centre store. Working alongside the Team Manager you will be responsible to drive sales motivate team members and grow in key KPIs. This role is a fantastic Brightness of Future opportunity allowing you to learn and develop leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of strong and consistent transfers
- Minimum of 6 months Travel Consultant experience
- Ability to work under pressure and to shoulder extra responsibility alongside your daytoday consultant role
